Cons: Heavy, needs a tripod collar. reversing the hood is fiddly.
Pros: Sharp. Rain proofed. Colors. Bokeh. excellent @2.8
Summary: Can't complain, newly acquired awesome in all respects. I researched heavily and its the sharpest 200mm prime you can get - much better than the 70-200 competition @ 200mm. Great colors. You can confidently take this lens out in the rain. Does get heavy at times with a flash on top too. There is a little CA's at 2.8 in high contrast areas, but easily removed. I thought this lens would be annoying to use not being a zoom, but I've gotten accustomed to it, and I like the 200mm length, albeit 300mm on APSC. Get it, it won't disappoint ! Sharp as a tack !

Cons: No tripod mount ring
Pros: Excellent built and optical quality. Best hood I've seen. Typical rich Pentax color rendition. Smooth and fast focusing. Almost no distortion.
Summary: A must for every Pentax DSLR user.
